Try to include some of these super foods in your diet.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Almonds<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Almonds are the richest source of calcium out of all the nuts.\u00a0 They are also rich in Vitamin E and Protein, as well as having healthy dose of potassium, magnesium, and iron.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Avocados<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Not only are Avocados delicious but are they are packed with healthy fats, fibre and essential nutrients.\u00a0 These fats (monounsaturated fats) have been known to reverse insulin resistance and regulate blood sugar, and they are good for the heart and the brain.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Blueberries<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Blueberries are full of Fibre, vitamin C and cancer fighting compounds.\u00a0 (This is supported by recent research at the Mayo Clinic, which suggests that Blueberries are rich in nutrients that help fight chronic diseases.)\u00a0 Some believe it even improves memory.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Broccoli<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This leafy green vegetable is crucial to any diet as it contains lots of Potassium, Iron and Calcium.\u00a0 It is also full of dietary fibre as well as vitamins A, C and K.\u00a0 It also contains folate properties.\u00a0 Health benefits from Cinnamon include promotion of healthy glucose metabolism, lowering LDL (bad) cholesterol, improves brain functioning, soothes an upset stomach and suppresses and fights urinary tract infections.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Garlic<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Garlic has many healthy properties but best known to increase the body\u2019s immune function by promoting the growth of white cells (which are the body\u2019s germ fighters).\u00a0 Garlic is also known to reduce harmful LDL cholesterol and high blood pressure.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Ginger<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This healthy root vegetable is packed with medicinal uses.\u00a0 It can be used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting, calm an upset stomach, reduce the pain of osteoarthritis, and some research indicates that it may even play a role in reducing heart disease.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Oatmeal<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oats is truly a breakfast for champions.\u00a0 It is high in fibre, antioxidants and loads of other nutrients.\u00a0 It is known to lower cholesterol levels, aid digestion and improve metabolism.\u00a0 Its low-GI properties will keep you full for longer.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Salmon<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salmon is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids which are extremely good for the heart.\u00a0 It is also packed with
