It&#8217;s not only about losing weight either if you ate every portion of every meal at a traditional restaurant, you would probably cut 10 or 15 years off your life.<\/p>\n<p>I love eating out but am sticking mostly to appetizers not menu selections, as these portions are adequate and more than enough. I find they fully satisfy my hunger. Of course, I still quench my thirst with a glass or two of sparkling water, with lemon and ice.<\/p>\n<p>So you can still socialise and enjoy life!
